so my boyfriend bought a car last night from a couple and
it broke down on him after a 10 minute drive away from their home...
they told him that they would get it smogged for him and fix it but
now he just wants to get his money back ...the car already took a dump ...
and he wants to get something else that he doesnt have to worry about.
is there anything in the ca state law that permits him to get his money back..??......
or is it too late ??....................
