selling a car for parts in CA?

alright my last question i worded horribly. This time I will try it better.
I want to sell a car for parts.
I bought a car from my relative.
The title I have still has her name on it. (what do I have to do to get one with my name on it?)
I would like to sell this car for parts.
How do I go about doing this?
