If you know someone is lying on their seller property Disclosure, is it ok to write a letter to the real-estate company and inform them? If so can the seller come back on me for anything? I just want to do the right thing but not end up in trouble. Its not just a small thing, its pretty bad flooding that happens in the basement and mold issues.
