i purchased a phone on internet(CraigL) but did not know was damage(wet) i use it and works fine but i sell it to upgrade,
the person that buy it from me found out about damaged,now that person ask me to returned the money,we live in same town and she said she has my license plate,we text about it and i told her i did not know about damage,and don't know if she saved the text messages and she can used the texts against me,i never text that i knew about damaged,cause i did not know.
she said that if i dont return the money, she will sue me.
can that be possible,
i did not know phone was damage,what i can do?
