I'm 14 in the 8th grade. I've been hurting myself since I was in the 7th grade.
First it was just scratching my self till my arm went numb. Then the school found out and I was taken tot he doctor where my _________told him she thought it was my ADD meds which he believed her.
I told her this is why I didn't tell her,because I knew she'd take me to the doctor and say it was my meds!
She promised she wouldn't. She did.
I promised I would ever scratch myself again.
I went months without hurting myself. Then I got into a fight with my sister and the cycle started again.
Only this time,I started bit ting myself. I have never stooped.
I have gone months with out bit ting but I still bit myself. Over something like a fight or if I get to made or upset.
I once turned off all my lights,turened on my three days grace an lied on the floor bit my self and held my hold for an hour.
I hide the mark. My family never noticed.
I can't stop.
I can go for months but I will still do it later on.
I can't let my family know that I still do it. I just can't.
