Any ones answers would help Thanks
I am trying to decided what branch of the military to join i already ruled out coast guard and national guard no offense to anyone that just did not strike me and something i want to do.
I am currently in a battle between Marines and Army my dad was an 0352 in the marines and my brother is currently in PJ school for the Air force i was leaning to Marines until i was told that the Army offers special forces training dont get me wrong im not looking to become rambo or anything but Army ranger have always interested me from what ive heard they offer this before you sign if you score all there test high enough i am currently a div 2 college wrestler so i feel im in average shape i can run 3 miles in 21 min do 25 pull up no problem and 100 sit ups so i have a pretty good PFT score i scored high on the Asvab in everything but automotive
if any one can debunk the rumors that a ranger is a basic marine or that the army does or does not offer that kind of special forces like oppurtunities i guess would be the best thing to call it i would greatly appreciate it
i have already talked to both recruiters i just like to get as much information on everything before i make a decision
