i am seeking a culinary apprenticeship in Europe, i have sent my cover letter and resume to restaurants off of Google..... but i was wondering if anyone could help guide me to a restaurant that will teach me while i work. I would go to culinary school but the debt from college is extremely high.... anyway please help me!!!!
