I just stood up and was seeing little gold flecks (stars) around my head but I didn't feel dizzy at all. What does that mean? And also once a while on random so not very often If I breath in I get this sharp pain in my lung or rib cage or whatever and I have to breath shallow for a second and then I don't feel it. what does this mean? What causes this?
