ITs not easy to remove.
Some shops can remove limiter but finding a shop that would do it for you is tricky, it is illegal to remove the limiter and the shop can get in trouble. if you did find a shop it would not be cheap.
i believe the limiter is in the pcm or ecu/cars computer. taking it to a shop and they would 'flash' it to remove the limiter.
