I've only been photographing (combined, excluding research) for about four months. Me and my family went to a "behind the scenes" tour of the Milwaukee County Zoo, but my little brother was with his little cousin, and they're too young to wait in line for a tour. So we just went around the zoo. It's cold up there, snowy too, so a lot of the pictures were indoors. They kept most of the indoor exhibits dimly lit, so I got a lot of blurry images.
I used a handheld XTi w/ (mostly) a 70-300mm IS USM lens, which totally saved my life. Please check out the first three pages of my flickr. It starts with a lion roaring and ends with a lion laying down.
Please give me feedback on a general scale and individual photos. PLEASE tell me what the best of the bunch are and how I could make them better (I have photoshop elements 5).
Thanks!
