Security settings do not allow this action (.swf file)?

When I try to play a .swf file from my documents I get the error message that my security settings will not allow this action. I have Windows Media player and it will play .swf files from the internet just fine - but not, apparently, from my documents. What security setting do I have to change? Thanks!
 
Hello, you may have to change some settings of your computer, and the following step-by-step tutorial i think is clear enough to how you how to do that.
