Security light flashing..car wont start?

I have a 94 oldsmobile stuck in another town and my security light is flashing. I took it to auto mechanic twice and it worked for a month and is messed up again..what should I do?
 
usually when the light is flashing it means that the security system is turned on... try to turn it off and see if that will let the car start.. good luck
