Security Clearance Requirements to Haul Freight out of O'Hare International

Airport? TSA Requirements? I'm scouring the TSA.gov Website for information on what is required and, more importantly, what I need to do to get the security clearance to take a truck on to Airport Property to pick up the overflowing freight.

Any advice?
We would subcontract with another company.

Would it be a background check of the "Company" or would we have to do individual driver back ground checks as well?
