Secret World of Alex Mack to DVD

According to amazon.com, the first season of The Secret World of Alex Mack will go to DVD on October 2nd. Perhaps, with the recent updates to iTunes and now this DVD release, "Nick Rewind" isn't quite over yet:)
 
Well if it is going to be released in the United States, and it is on the US version of Amazon, than it is a Paramount / Viacom release, weather or not it has the words "Nick Rewind" on the cover, that is remain to be seen.
 
This isn't 100% true, you know. Wait till either Viacom or Nick announce it. But if it is true, then I'll buy it the following week, my B-Day.:anime: Although, I'd personally rather have season 3 of Pete & Pete or start Salute Your Shorts before Alex Mack, but oh well.
 
Darn it, I just finished creating a thread about this in the DVD forum. I didn't expect someone to create a thread in the NickTOONS forum.

Anyway, I have a gut feeling that this'll be a Canadian-only release like the Are You Afraid of the Dark? releases (Which'll suck for the the Nick Rewind line, but Alex Mack fans will at least have a legit way to buy Region 1 DVD's of the show). If it turns out that Paramount is releasing it here, then it'll be a pleasent surprise
