but hiring HARD WORK-SMARTS? READ THEN ANSWER :] Give honest opinions:

It seems to me that the old idea that Rich people work hard is simply a wheeze so to speak. There is only so hard and so smart one person can be right? There is no limit however, to how many people you can hire to work hard or smart FOR YOU. So if I am correct the key to starting any business successfully and becoming Rich, whether it would be Microsoft, Wal-Mart or a simple roofing business, is to get other other people to WORK HARD FOR YOU. In other words you don't technically have to know anything about roofing, but if you hire the right manager who has been doing roofing for years and you then hire the right employees through him, you could still become rich right? Think about it this way: If you bought a million shares of Microsoft or Wal-Mart, you might make 1 million dollars or more in Dividends from owning part of that company. You have made money from the company, but you might not know the first thing about software engineering or retailing. I would be willing to bet the shareholders of most major companies don't know as much as the bottom employees and they probably don't care. So am I right? The secret is hiring others to figure out the hard stuff i.e. capitalizing on their work correct? I guess it makes sense: men really are cheaper than guns lol. Opinions Ideas Statements? etc. etc.
