Secret Organizations?

Ok, I am working on a story, there is a mystery organization they judge the universe, humans know them as fate but non humans known them as beings that judge people that break the law and change something that is supposed to happen, they wear mistakes when it just a warning but the members take off their mistakes when the person is found guilty and is to be killed. I need a name for the group but there is a catch it has to be latin because the organization has been around before time, the only thing older than them is God, or has he is known The ALMIGHTY Or the Creator, so any ideas to what names in latin that I can use for this organization, please, this question is for people that know latin really well or at least know what they are talking about in the language. If you are confused humans known them as fate and non humans judges of the universe. They are neutral because they are so powerful and because they are supposed to be fair with the people that they are judging them. A lot of realms fear them due to their harshness and their inability in knowing their identity so if anyone have any ideas please post them because it would help me tremendously.
