I'm 19 years old. When I was 18, I was kicked out of the house for a few months and started an apprenticeship at a tattoo place. These people were SUCH a**holes!! They treated me like garbage all the time and, only knowing about proper sanitation and how to set up the machine and gun and how to work it (still never tattooed yet), I just left them.
I know there are strict rules in tattoo etiquette. I know that it could be insulting to another artist that I've already started an apprenticeship with someone else, but is this situation understandable? I'm thinking the most polite thing to do is completely start over and take it from the top from someone who will respect me. But I have no idea. I still have my own machine and 40 unopened inks, what should I do?
