Hello everybody? i have had 2 major back surgeries, as a result of a injury at work. The last was a fusion 2 level with 4 screws. The surgeon who performed both surgeries, took it upon hisself to release me back to full duty. So i kept complaining that i was still in pain, still had all the same symptoms, the leg nurabness, foot nurabness. So i consulted with another doctor who sent me for a Ct scan. It showed that the disk above the one was fused, is herniated, another herniated disk. So i had to change attorneys and everything. My new attorney is the one who sent me to this new doctor. So the insurance company has stopped my checks, my job fired me, and i am stuck with a bum back. So i havent talked to my new attorney yet, he told me we will take them to court, but i havent talked to him in a couple of days.So i am really just about to go crazy. So my question is, I am entiteled to see a second doctor right? And can the insurance company just stop my checks like that? Please help if you can.
