I'm moving to seattle come July and I am looking into apartments. I have a few I like, but I'm interested in knowing what district you all suggest I should consider. The realtor I'm speaking with says Belltown, which I've learned is primarily young (so am I) and party-like (I am not). I'm also looking at First Hill, Capitol Hill, and Madison.
Any thoughts on the subject, hopefully constructive ones, are welcome! Especially if you live in the perfect apartment building! I like QUIET homes, though I realize that is a bit of wishful thinking in the city, and have no NEED to party or have partying neighbors.
