i am actually looking for an interior designer because i am converting my house [ground floor ] into a restaurant.. I have been to UK for 6 years and learnt about afghan, indian, asian cuisine..
As i live in a muslim area, i am planing to open an afghan restaurant..
the problem here is , i live in mauritius and i dont know whom can help me with the interior decorations. i also heard that,.for such business to flourish, its not the food that is important .. but mostly the decoration [1.decoration.. then 2. food] .. coz nowadays ppl go to different restaurant to relax and spend time with their family. we r priotizing this family gathering..
i dont hv any friends who done such courses ..
please guide me ..
actually there just launched a new restaurant, the sultan, its mixed [lebanese + mauritian]..
in my case i wanna [afghan + mauritian]
