Searching for an AFFORDABLE Photo Darkroom in San Diego CA....?

I am an amature black and white photo student and I am finishing up my first semester of a beg. class at a local community college. I am not the best photography but I had fun in the class. I will not be able to take the class on campus again next semester and was wondering if there were any AFFORDABLE photo studios (just someplace with enlargers, photo chemistry, darkroom equipment etc.) that I could rent in SAN DIEGO CA. If you don't know any...do you have any suggestions as to what I should put in my google search bar?

For the ABSOLUTE best deal, sign up for Photo 101 at San Diego City College. You'll get a semester's worth of access to a full darkroom with 20+ quality enlargers capable of printing everything from 35mm up to 4X5. They even have an old 8X10 enlarger. The paper development chemicals are free and always fresh. You only need your own film development chemicals and jars (and of course, paper).

They've got drying boxes, mounting presses... everything you need to put on a decent exhibition (unless you need like wall-size prints).

They also have 5 or 6 private rooms for color development, with individual enlargers (35mm). So, you get 5 or 6 months of "all-you-can-eat" darkroom access for around $150 for 3 units. Do check me on this, it's been 8 years since I used City's lab and things might have changed, but you can just walk in, tell them you're planning on taking 101, and they'll give you the tour : ) Ask for Bill. He runs the show in the lab.
