Why is it that results of almost any content bring a questionable result? My virus program usually identifies this as a dangerous result.

Maybe someone can point me to a link of why these continue to reoccur even when I block hosts.
 
Which virus & other utilities do you use such as anti ad/spyware programs?

General rule of thumb is ignore all files under 2,000 KB (2 MB). And a high % of programs on gnutella network are virus infected. Now some viruses pose as mp3's.
