I solved a similar problem not too long ago.
My search results are redirecting to spam sites. Eg: searching for Far Cry 2 and go to the official site but instead it goes to these various sites including "Windows Click" and "combsystem"
Also seems to affect Firefox's stability because it's stopped responding numerous times, also when doing a Google search the page size becomes larger when loading.
Ran a quick Malwarebytes scan but it didn't find anything!
