You'll be able to tell when it's in the Palm......about 3 or 4 years ago you couldn't give me a SanDisk because they'd had some known issues with units made in Japan versus units made in Taiwan (or vice versa). They have seemed to clean up their act.It really doesn't make much difference who's flavor is on the outside - what matters is on the inside. So check when you get it just for fun, I'm certain you won't be dissappointed.
