I want to lengthen my scrotum by using only my hands instead of using any tools. Is there any technique that you know? I checked on the internet, but no to avail. And is it safe? A few days ago, I pulled it at the maximum level for 30 minutes , it didn't hurt at all, but the scrotum remained hanging(very long) for about 1 day and a half. I have a deep interest with hanging scrotum, so please don't play with my feeling. Oh and I heard a technique called as "milking", so can you explain it? =)
