Ok so first and foremost i need the actual code or a site that has the actual code 
I have the basics of HTML but not enought o create the code; just to fiddle with it..
I need the code for placing a more then one scroll bar an top of an image. An example of this is seen in layouts on such sites as horseland and other sim/rpg sites. Please keep in mind i want the scroll bars on TOP of the image not the image in the scrolls.
