I just got an email from Scripps College that their due date for merit-based aid application is November 1. They said I need to submit this by Monday through CommonApp. So, do I need to submit my application for admission by that day even though I'm applying for regular decision in January? Are there a lot of other schools that require you to submit your application like this?
