I purchased a home feb of 2010 and two major misses have come to my attention. First, the builder violated fort collins colorado city code. The furnace was not layed on a cement slab that reaches its entire length. In addition, they commented my crawl space has a little moisture (marked nearly as a side note) after recently running some coax cable down there I am seeing the moisture is much more than that and is infact puddling. I got a few estimates ranging from 6k-9k for repair.to the caused damage and to protect against the possibility of mold.
