Screen blinks when i plug in any Media Device?

Such as ipod,a card in the sd/mmc slot. things such of that matter. Blinks for a ouple of seconds then goes back normal.

Nvidia Geforce 7100/ nforce 630i
Vista Ultim. 64 bit
