I just bought a brand new Honda Civic Coupe in Feb & it's black. This morning I found HUGE scratches and a small dent on the passanger side. I took it to one place and they tried buffing it out but it made no difference (the scratches were too deep) and they quoted me $1600 and said it would take 1 week. The next place I went to quoted me $750 & said it would be ready in 3 business days. My question is, when they paint a car after it's been damaged or scratched does the car still look the same? Will the paint look different and was the quote for $750 a reasonable price? It included the body work to take the dent out and the paint job. Thanks so much!
