...get rid of them? When I was with my girlfriend (who was a virgin at the time; saying that to rule out STDs and plus I had got checked for STDs prior to having sexual intercourse with her), she gave me oral sex but I had got scratched by her. Also, earlier we had engaged in sexual intercourse (she was on the pill) and when I tried to put my penis in her vagina, it felt like it was getting tugged from the side (like lots of friction) and it hurt like crap until her lubrication kicked in. I was hurting and I didn't notice that I was hurting so bad until I took a shower and H2O hit my penis and burned like cat piss. Now I have scars that look like scratch and stretch marks. How do I get rid of these?

Scratches will heal in due course, however... if they are scars as you say, they are permanent. Just as any scar would be from any other injury. But I would be more inclined to think that they are not scars at all, when the scratches healed, then skin there is just lighter and over time they will begin to match the skin tone of the surrounding area.
Next time you have sex with her you might want to try using a little lube at first such as KY or AstroGlide, until her natural lube kicks in.
