I took my car into a body shop (dealer) to repair an accident I had. After the repairs were done and I was picking up my car, I noticed a small scratch to the paint. The scratch was very minor and didn't show any primer. We told the technician that that scratch was not there prior to leaving the vehicle in their care. The technician took the car and preceded to buff the scratch out with a electrical buffing tool.
So my question is this: how did he buff it out and/ or what did he use to buff it out?
