Scratch like things on left side of back

It's hard to describe but they look medium-degree scratches. Basically, its like someone scratched you and there is red like streaks. Located on the left side of my mid-back. They are non-itchy, not painful, and non-raised from what I can see. But feeling the area it doesn't feel as soft.

I have sensitive skin and very often get marks like this all over my back and neck. I often have people ask me what happened if they are on a visible area and I'm wearing a sleeveless top. It looks as if I got scratched up by a cat or something... does this sound like a similar issue?

I get mine from allergies, but I often have some kind of itching, but not directly on the marks. I'll have a little tiny itch, but somehow a big scratch. There are many things that can irritate your skin and cause marks.

Did these just appear over the past day, or has it been something more long term? Also, did you happen to notice them after waking up one day, or later? Hopefully this can give us some ideas of what it may be caused from.
