I'm doing a National Qualification, the course is one and only and dosent have an HNC step up.
Been at college since August, and i got no support for doing so. Since then i've tryed very hard to find part-time work but to no avail, and am now border-line broke, with no support or luck in my job attempts.
The college told me i wasent eligable for a bursary, and thta the traveling expenses are included as a "bursary" (despite this never normally being the case).
My question is...am i able to get any help whatsoever in my position? even a loan?
