Hi, I am 22 and found out I have mild scoliosis when I was around 12 and hasn't been a huge problem until the past 4-5 years. I was told that it did not need to be treated so I did nothing about it. Within the last year or two I am experiencing noticeable pain in my lower back close to my tail bone. It aches when i sit in an upright position or stand for more than 10 minutes without moving or having something to lean on. I was told that stretching can help, so I am wondering if anyone can tell me of some affective stretches. Thanks!
