SCiphone working with AT&T Network in USA

My iphone recently got stolen and my upgrade is not available yet. I can't afford the full price of another iphone. I have looked at the "SC" iphones, which is a duplicate from China (unlocked), but not made by Apple. It is affordable to me and I would be a good fill in phone until I can get my upgrade through AT&T. My question is before I decide to purchase the SCiphone, does anyone know if the GSM network works with AT&T services in the USA. And if so, is it like a 2G rather than 3G. Also, does it work with itunes?

It works with AT&T but not with itunes. It is NOT an IPhone, it is a 2G GSM phone that looks like an IPhone.
