scion TC or Honda civic?

I plan on getting a car tomorrow however i don't know if I should get a 2010 Honda civic or a 2010 scion tc. Which is better quality and a better price. which also better for a 20 year old and also as far as insurance rate and prices goes. My moms say Honda I say scion . ..someone help me
 
Scion is no haggle pricing, meaning everybody pays sticker, so the price on the Civic should be lower.

As for quality, performance, etc. go test drive both.

For insurance, you can get fast easy online quotes at esurance.com, geico.com, progressive.com.
 
The Honda Civic is a much better car Consumer reports will tell you that the Honda Civic has the highest resale value and the cost of ownership is the best there is for a car in it's class. Plus the fact if you take a really close look at the overall workmanship the Honda is a better built car and will last longer and cost a lot less to own.
