Science-fiction/Futuristic Story Idea?

I had an idea for a story, when far in the future, synthetic humans are created as the perfect race, these humans were made primarily used to be possibly bred with humans as they have stronger immune system's and end diseases. I wanted to create a default in these 'perfect' humans maybe there emotions rage higher than normal humans causing them to overreact or to not think things
through.
Please tell me what you think/what I should change or keep.
