Sciatic Nerve - Can someone read my MRI?

I have been told by Orthopedic physician that I have an issue with my sciatrc nerve and he sent me for an MRI. I have the images on CD but have to wait another 3 weeks to get back into the Ortho. Can someone read my MRI?
 
Gabe, if you can tell us what it says, someone here will most likely be able to interpret it for you....at least in part.
