so here's the deal. I'm going to save a vid i made in Windows Movie Maker to a flash drive. Im going to bring the flash drive to school, and have the teacher put it on computer (its for a project). And, im wondering, am i doing this all for nothing? I am not entirely sure that teachers have Windows Media Player. Which means that if they dont, will they still be able to watch the vid?
i have no idea what the below answer means

the teacher's computer needs to have the codec you are using to compress. If you are compressing with movie maker, you will be outputting a .wmv, which as long as she has windows, it will play. Now the audio, also matters. Use MP3 codec.
