I'll be a freshman this fall at Ohio University and all of my tuition is being covered by loans because I missed the priority deadline date (long story) and I am not eligible for Pell grants. I don't want to take about $20,000 in loans every year, though, so do schools offer scholarships and aid for returning students, like sophomores and upperclassmen that do well? (which I plan to do because I'm on thin ice finacially) Does it vary by school? I would really hate to tranfer to a different university which I would probably have to do in the worst case scenrio.
