Scholarships for people with health issues?

I am 17 years old and will be graduating from high school this year. I am looking to go to the university of illinois. I was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy my sophomore year in high school and I still have it. I was wondering if anyone knew of any scholarships that I could get from this?
 
I think yor best bet is going to be hooking up with the disabilities office at the university that you want to go to, and they can help you find all sorts of aid and scholarships. Also you can go to your school conselor and they can help you with that. It is all under the American's with Disabilities Act.
