Scary Movies 2006 Help

I was watching T4 on Saturday and they had a preview of some horror films released in 2006 - one was Omen and they talked about another one that was so scary that people had to be taken out of a screening in America in ambulances - but i can't for the life of me remember what it was called or what it was about.

Can anyone help? It has been such a long time since i saw a good horror film and i'm dying to know what it is so i make sure i don't miss it at the cinema.
 
It's Hostel I believe. The ambulance thing is mainly hype resulting from an early screening.
It's not supposed to be scary thoug/ It's more of a twisted, unpleasant gore flick designed to make you feel queasy/disturbed. Reviews haven't been great.
