Scarring - Please help!

Has anyone had any success in treating keloid scars caused by acne on my chest.

I have had mines injected with steroiRAB 3 times, some went down but left horrible red marks and scarring and others didn't budge at all.

My dermotologist has no told me that thats as good as they will get with treatment and that laser treatment would have little effect and that I would more than likely have to go private.

He says the redness etc might start to fade after 5-10 years. 5-10 years!

My chest looks horrible and this crap has taken enough of my youth, I dont want to wait till im in my thirties before I can take my shirt off in public!

Please help guys :(
 
Hi, im brown-skinned (polynesian) and get hyperpigmentation/scars left from acne. Obagi CLEAR (about $75 USD) faded them in about 4 months. Its expensive but worth it, make sure you get obagi CLEAR which is the bleaching cream, they have a whole product line, make sure you get the right one.
 
Im not sure honestly. I was suggesting it due to this : "but left horrible red marks and scarring" The obagi clear will get rid of any marks/hyperpigmentation. You may want to do some research on obagi in terms of keloiRAB, I believe they do have a product for it. If anything just check up on it, worth a shot, probably run a search for "Obagi keloiRAB" or something. Ive only ever used "Obagi Clear" and it was a miracle worker so I wouldnt think twice about another one of their products.
