scared to be on top in sex?

my boyfriend and I had sex for the first time not long ago, it didnt last because it hurt so much but we are going to try again. he told me to be ontop so i can go at my own pace, but im scared because im not quite sure how to sit or what to do? please help :)
 
You need to be turned on - but sometime this can be hard in the beginning if you are nervous and thinking about what to do too much (you are basically getting distracted from sexual pleasure by worrying) Try smearing a bit of vaseline on and asking him to go slowly. It Can be more difficult with you on top if it hurts a bit, as you have to balance your whole weight And go slowly. Try it and see. It is actually easier for him to go slowly while on top. He just needs to keep asking you if its ok.
 
Don't worry. I'm afraid of that too. I don't know what to do...so i decided the next time that conversation or situation comes up, I'll just have to try it and learn...if it was your first time then don't worry...he should understand the next time you guys do it.
 
being on top is awsome. The more you have sex the more secure you will become. Being on top lets you control whats going on. Don't be scared. Honestly its ok to be scared you just started having sex. It takes time to be secure with what your doing and your body. Sex is very pleasurable. Enjoy IT !!! Its only gets better with practice!!!
 
well all my girlfriend does is move her body up and down at a slow pace,and in a few seconds she speeds up. if it's hurting you try not sitting down the entire way only half way. if you feel comfortable try going the whole way. it's really satisfying for both partners :)
