I'm 17 and I have wanted to start going gym since I was about 14 but always put it off. I don't do any exercise and I'm sat at a computer for most of the day. I've always been pretty skinny and I weigh just under 10 stone. Lately ive just feel like I should start going gym as ive been feeling.. don't know how to explain it 'achey'? but i feel like im too skinny and everyone will be thinking why am i there etc.. i dunno someone got any problems the same?
