Scared -- I am quitting Tramadol cold turkey

I can't do a full note right now. I am quitting Tramadol cold turkey right now. I am scared, like a kid watching a scary movie scared. Things seem just not right to me in general. I have done this in secret, and will be quitting in secret as well. will write you later, have to go for now. I did go out and get the green tea, as well as vitamin water, hope it helps. I feel weak and actually stupid for ever doing this to myself. I want to cry like alot.
 
this is probably one of the hardest things you will ever have to do. If you can make it thru the first 4 days, it does get better quickly. Emotions are going to run high for the next 30 days or so until you body adjusts to being "normal" again. I found this site and was able to cold turkey this drug, but please know it can be very dangerous. As far as withdrawing in secret, just tell folks that you have the flue as they won't know the difference. I hope you make it and will check back for your posts and updates. Be strong.
