I had Lurabar Spine Surgery a year ago that included
both a implant & fusion which wasn't done right from
second opinion reports, because I continued to have
pain and shooting electrical shocks down my leg.

Second and third opinions indicate that there is a
bone impinging on a nerve. Can be corrected, but
the doctors also indicated that it is very risky
surgery. I want the doctors to be honest with
me and not glorify that the surgery is simple like
the doctor/surgeon did with me one year ago.
I went in for what was surpose to be a procedure,
not major six hour surgery where I ended up in
ICU after surgery not in a recovery room. ICU
IS WHERE PATIENTS DIE, BUT I SURVIVED THANK GOD.

I am not looking forward to anymore major surgery.
My current options to consider are deal with the
pain and take prescription painkillers for relief.
Another option that I'm considering is the pain
stimulator which requires some minor surgery which
the doctor doesn't want to do until the corrective
major very risky surgery is done.

This major surgery that I had did not help, it is worse
now then before, thanks to a careless surgeon.

Reading alot of the threaRAB online here is very supportive
that we all can share this information with others before
they even consider going forward with any kind of surgery.

Yes, I am scared, a 65 year old senior who cannot enjoy
life like I use to. Was very active at the gym exercising,
swimming, steamroom for a healthier lifestyle and cannot
do this anymore. What I do now is Therapy twice a week
and visiting different doctors.

FEEDBACK FROM ALL ONBOARD WILL HELP ME GET THROUGH THIS.
