Scar treatment- urgent!

I finally have some improvement with my acne but i have scars on my arm, face, chest and back. I don't know what to use to improve the scar. I have been using shea butter but i want something that will work fast. does anyone have any suggestion. Also has anyone used mama's lotion before?
 
Perscription tazorac gel .1% seems to be fading my scars, but it's definitely gradual...I've found that scarzone and mederma are pretty useless. good luck!
