scar tissue

About less than a month ago I got a really small scratch, after the scab fell i notices some tissue pinker than the rest... so is this permenent? Ive had actual wounds (bigger than this) when I was a kid (im 16 now) but they didn't produce this tissue, it healed into normal tissue

It could turn into a scar. Scars take about 2 years to fully "heal" into what they will be, so it will probably get a little better than what it is now. You can always try Mederma on it to see if that helps.
